How to access abortion

In Missouri, you can now access procedural abortion at several Planned Parenthood health centers: in St. Louis at our Central West End health center or through Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood Great Plains at Midtown KC, North KC, and Columbia health centers. Both medication and procedural abortion are available.

In Illinois’ Metro East region — just across the river from St. Louis — you can get an abortion at our Fairview Heights health center.
