Whether you have insurance, are newly insured under the Affordable Care Act, or don’t have insurance, we’ve got you covered.
Ways to pay
Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon is happy to accept many insurance plans for our health services. We are contracted with a variety of plans and can directly bill your insurance even if we are not contracted with your insurance plan.
We also accept
- CCare (Oregon Contraceptive Care)
- Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
- Self Pay (Cash, Credit, Debit)
- Title X
CCare provide free birth control and annual exams to those who qualify. At our Medford and Grants Pass Health Centers, Title X funding means that in addition to insurance, CCare, and OHP (Medicaid), we are able to provide services on a sliding scale based on your income and household size.
We are contracted (in-network) with:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Regence BCBS, Federal BC, Premera BCBS, Anthem BCBS)
- PacificSource (some exceptions)
- First Choice Health Network (some plans)
Even though we are contracted with these providers, like all medical providers, we can't know how your claim will be processed. Please call your insurance company if you are unsure what services are covered under you plan, your deductible, or your coinsurance.
We happily bill non-contracted/out of network insurance companies. However, because we do not know how your claim will be paid, we ask that you pay our "prompt pay" discounted price for your visit while you are here. We will refund you any amount paid by your insurance company for our services. We know this seems complicated, but it is the best way to save you money. Call 541-344-2632 option 5.
