Vasectomy Services
If you're done having kids, make it a done deal! Vasectomy is one of the most effective forms of birth control and may be available to you for FREE (for those who qualify) or for very low cost through PPSO.
Reproductive Health Program Enrollment Form
The Oregon Reproductive Health (RH) Program pays for birth control and medical services related to reproductive health. You can get services no matter your citizenship, immigration, documentation status, or gender identity.
