PPOSBC offers in-person or virtual trainings that equip teachers, social workers, group home leaders, and others with realistic answers to questions and behaviors about sexuality.

Available workshops can be provided during a single session, or over the course of several days, and can be tailored and bundled according to the needs of the organization.

California Healthy Youth Act
The California Healthy Youth Act (CHYA) is a state law that requires school districts to ensure students in grades 7-12 receive instruction covering human growth and development, including comprehensive sexual health education as well as HIV prevention education.
