Complete Your Test Kit

Within a few days of your consultation, you will receive your testing kit in a discreet package in the mail. Next, you'll self administer the test following the instructions sent we send you and then ship it to our lab within one week of receiving it.

Our lab will process your kit and we will contact you shortly with your results and options for any recommended follow-up care.
