Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are common and treatable. Most people with STIs show no symptoms, which is why it's important to get tested and know your status.

For patients not currently showing symptoms, PPMW is now offering STI testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia from the comfort of your home.

Complete Your Test Kit 

Within a few days of your consultation, you will receive your testing kit in a discreet package in the mail. Next, you'll self administer the test following the instructions sent we send you and then ship it to our lab within one week of receiving it.

Our lab will process your kit and we will contact you shortly with your results and options for any recommended follow-up care.

How much will my at-home STI kit cost?

Great question! At-home STI testing phone consults will be billed to your insurance. For those who don't have insurance, PPMW will provide you with an estimate of the cost of the kit before your phone consultation, which typically ranges from $80 - $150. Insurance or not, we will cover the shipping costs.
