How to Sign Up
Sign up for MyChart when you call to make an appointment or the next time you visit a Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC health center. Our staff will send you a link and activation code to help you get started.
If you already use MyChart with a different provider, remember that you can’t access your PPMW medical records without being invited by us.
