Between Us

We’re flipping the "Talk" into a fun Between Us workshop!

What it is

Each Between Us party is a fun two-hour event for mom figures and their daughters to learn together about communication, relationships and reproductive health! We're flipping the "birds and bees" talk on its head, and making it fun for everyone involved!

 

How it works

The mom figure and daughter pairs are divided up into separate groups for the first 90 minutes and dig into different aspects of growing up with our health educators. We then all come together for the last 30 minutes and engage in a fun project that ultimately outlines three action steps to take, supporting the most important areas to you and your family. Mom figures and daughters will leave with memorable take-aways and a plan for implementing stronger communication around reproductive health.  

Our educators are there to help along the way. During the event, they facilitate conversations, provide a safe space for discussion, and use an “anonymous” question box where pre-teens can ask ANY question and have it answered in a supportive confidential manner.
