Workshop Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your training registration or scheduled workshop up to ten (10) business days before the selected class or workshop; your fee will be refunded less a $10 processing fee for each registrant or for your organization.  If you need to cancel fewer than ten (10) business days before the selected class or scheduled workshop, we are unable to process a refund.  However, you may send a substitute in your place, transfer your registration to another PPLM training session, or schedule another workshop for your organization within twelve months (you must contact us ten (10) business days prior to the start of the originally registered training to qualify for a transfer).  If PPLM needs to cancel a training for any reason, we will contact you as far in advance as possible.  If we are unable to reschedule, we will refund the full registration fee.
