Provides information and education around domestic abuse, signs of a batterer, and safety planning. Offers legal referrals, provides emotional and mental support and referrals, and has a database of shelters nationwide.

This is a resource line for teens. Counselors speak English and Spanish and have access to the AT&T language line. They assist youth and families by offering referrals to hospitals, soup kitchens, drug abuse centers, STI/HIV information and testing facilities, and free bus tickets home to their families.

An organization that offers free, confidential and anonymous parent support groups across Massachusetts. These groups serve as a safe place for parents to express frustrations and concerns about their children and families and get advice from other parents who understand. In addition, they offer a Parental Stress Line, staffed 24 hour a day, 7 days a week at 800-632-8188 where parents can talk to counselors and get advice.

They counsel men and women by phone about recent assaults, medical and legal options, and can accompany victims to the hospital and court-hearings. They offer assistance to friends of victims and information on how to help. They also have in-house groups with licensed counselors and clinical psychology interns, groups made up of male and female survivors, adolescent groups and bilingual groups.

Provides advocacy, short-term counseling, support groups, and referrals to all teen (ages 12-18) survivors of sexual assault/abuse/harassment and dating/domestic violence. Services are also available to friends and family of survivors, social service providers, teachers, guidance counselors, police, hospital personnel, and others working with young people. The Teen Specialist and Teen Services Counselors are able to travel to schools or other agencies to accommodate different participant's needs.
