Worcester Focus Group

Planned Parenthood has asked an external consultant, Amaka Consulting and Evaluation Services, to help us better understand sexual education and contraception access in Worcester, Massachusetts. We need your help in learning more about your perspectives regarding stigma, beliefs, and attitudes around sexual education and contraception use in the Worcester community. We are looking for perspectives from Latino/a/x teens who are 13-18 years of age, and live in Worcester, MA to participate in a virtual focus group. If this does not apply to you, you're welcomed to share this message with any contacts that you think would be interested in participating.

Focus group participation is completely voluntary and the choice to participate or not will have no effect on medical care, education, or other resources you may receive from Planned Parenthood now or in the future.

If you choose to participate, you will be asked questions about how you view stigma (negative social attitudes) around sexual education and also about commonly held attitudes and beliefs about sexual education in your community. Focus group session will last about an hour and a half. As a participant, you will receive a $20 virtual gift card. Your participation and responses will be kept anonymous.
