Health Care is a Human Right

Planned Parenthood is proud to provide trusted,

affordable, sexual and reproductive health care

to patients regardless of immigration status.

Public Charge Rule and Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts:

As one of the nation’s leading health care providers, Planned Parenthood is proud to see patients regardless of their immigration status. We see firsthand the ways in which harsh immigration enforcement restricts families’ access to health care in this country. No one’s health should be compromised because of their immigration status or their income. The Public Charge Rule contributes to immigrants’ already very real fear of deportation and family separation, and continues to drive more and more people into the shadows — making it harder to work, access health care, and live a full life. We here at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, vow to stand by all patients, no matter what.
