First, schedule your health care appointment by phone at 618-277-6668 or online. After you have scheduled your appointment, call the Regional Logistics Center at 618-607-5080 for support.

I live in a state where abortion is banned or restricted. How can I get an abortion?

If you need an abortion and live in a state with an abortion ban, it may feel impossible to get the health care you need. We have supported thousands of patients in getting the financial and logistical help they need to access sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion.

The Planned Parenthood health center in Fairview Heights, Illinois,provides safe, legal abortion. And we can help connect you with the resources to get there. We can help set up your flight and hotel accommodations and connect you with abortion funds that can help with costs for your abortion appointment.

We recognize that financial concerns and logistical barriers may make it difficult for you to get to your appointment, whether it’s abortion, gender-affirming hormone therapy, or your annual wellness exam. Our Regional Logistics Center staff are here to help you with:

If you need an abortion, you can schedule an appointment at the Planned Parenthood health center in Fairview Heights, Illinois, onlineor by phone at 618-277-6668. You can also schedule your abortion with Hope Clinic in Granite City, Illinois.
