All health centers in Utah can provide "informed consent" to women who are considering terminating her pregnancy. Call the closest health center to schedule a time to speak with a licensed provider and obtain informed consent.
This health center does not have a provider available to offer abortion services. However, our Metro Health Center in Salt Lake City does offer in-clinic abortion services. Call 801-257-6789 to find out more information or schedule an appointment*.
*In Utah you must obtain face-to-face informed consent and wait 72 hours before having an abortion. You can obtain face-to-face informed consent anywhere in the state from any licensed provider, including physicians, nurses, and social workers.
