Virtual Visit for HIV Services

HIV services are available at Greater Texas Virtual Health Center. Contact the health center by booking an appointment or calling for more information.

Insurance information

Some services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to have your insurance information at the time of your visit.

If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at (469) 619-0537.

If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.

Important: You must be located in Texas to receive virtual care or medications.

Appointments

You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 469-619-0537 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.

Due to politically-motivated efforts by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Texans who rely on Medicaid-covered healthcare are currently blocked from seeking that care at Planned Parenthood health centers. We understand this is disruptive to patient care, and we continue working to restore access to your preferred providers at Planned Parenthood.
