Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

• Major Credit/Debit Cards
• Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry Plans (including First Health Network and Wellpath), MedCost, Medicaid(excluding Medicaid for Pregnant Women or Medicaid with Medicare as primary), Tricare, and United Healthcare.

At your visit, you can apply for the Medicaid Family Planning Waiver. This program, which is based on your income, can cover some of the cost of your family planning services. For more information on the program and qualifications, go HERE or ask when you call to make an appointment.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a no-show fee of $35.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that’s not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
