      Insurance information

      Some services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to have your insurance information at the time of your visit.

      If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at (828) 252-7928.

      If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.

      Walk-in Information

      If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.

      You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

      Pregnancy testing, Plan B, and birth control refill pickups.

      Birth control refills are available during all business hours for patients with current prescriptions. Please call ahead 48 hours for prescription pick-up.


      You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 828-252-7928 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.
