Additional Services
PPHP offers both oral PrEP pills and injectable PrEP, Apretude. PrEP pills are taken daily. Apretude is injected by a health care provider every 8 weeks.
PPHP also offers rapid initiation of ART.

Results must be given in person.
Rapid testing can be done by swabbing the inside of your mouth or with a blood sample taken from a finger stick. The results are available in 10-40 minutes.
Counseling and confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns.
Insurance information
Some services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to have your insurance information at the time of your visit.
Medicaid, Medicaid Family Planning Benefits Program, and Medicaid for Pregnant Women accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at (914) 965-1912.
If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
