Please note changes to our hours of operation starting 3/30/18:
We will be open every other Thursday, starting 04/03
We will be open every other Saturday, starting 04/03

Walk-in visits are accepted up to 1-hour prior to posted closing hours.
Birth control and emergency contraception are available anytime we are open up until closing.

Appointments maybe rescheduled for patients experiencing their menstrual cycle during the time of their scheduled visit.

Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills and patches we offer at our health can sign up for Mail-A-Pill.  
Mail-A-Pill is the easy and convenient way to have your birth control shipped directly to your door. Call us for more details on how you can sign up.

You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 727-898-8199 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.

Payment Information

You can always come to us for care. We have affordable payment options at most health centers, but at: Prevention Park Family Planning, Center for Choice, Spring, Southwest, Stafford, Northwest, Northville, New Orleans and Baton Rouge payment is due up front.

I have insurance or Medicaid

We accept many private and public insurance plans. If you don't see your insurance listed, please call us at 727-898-8199.

Payment Options

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STD screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you are required to pay.

You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. Supply visits are available at all times when the center is open for business.

Before your appointment please visit https://eforms.voxent.org/form/ppswcf and complete our secure health history electronic form. No registration or account creation is required. Completing the form will give our staff valuable information about your medical, family, and social history and will also save you time during your health center visit. Please make sure you have a list of your current medications when you complete the form. At the end of the form be sure to submit the information. Submitted information will be able to be securely accessed by our staff once you arrive at the health center for your appointment.
