Birth control refill pick ups are available: Birth control refill pickups are available. For birth control refills, patients should call 24 hours in advance to have script packaged and ready for client pickup.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Other Health Center Information
Occasionally our health center has active protesters outside of the building. Please do not stop in the driveway or feel that you need to talk to the protesters. Protesters do not support Planned Parenthood or any of the services we provide. We also have volunteers on days we provide abortion services in yellow vests, that will be happy to escort you into the building. Thank you for your support.
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.
Please bring the following documents:
- Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit. Pay Stub, W-2, authorized letter from employer, letter of unemployment,disability,child support or food stamp income.
Fees for services are based on your household income.

Payment is expected at time of service.
Payment plans must be made prior to coming for a visit. Payment plans are made for visits only, they do not include medication, lab fees or special procedures.
Payment plans are generally accepted for family planning or well woman exams.
HIV Testing is offered for free- other sexually transmitted testing must be paid in full or can qualify for sliding scale at the Collier County Health Department 239-252-8200.
Patients are generally required to have a valid credit card to arrange a payment agreement.
