Appointment Policies and Information
From New Haven (Whalley Avenue):
Take Route 63 North to Route 8 North. Take Exit 45 and at the end of the Exit turn left onto Kennedy Drive. At light turn left onto Winsted Road. The health center is less than one mile down Winsted Road on the right. It is in a three story white office building (Plaza Park North). The health center is on the first floor.
From East:
Take Route 84 West to Route 8 North. Take Exit 45 and at the end of the Exit turn left onto Kennedy Drive. At light turn left onto Winsted Road. The health center is less than one mile down Winsted Road on the right. It is in a three story white office building (Plaza Park North). The health center is on the first floor.

Getting a physical for school or employment? Please bring all of the required forms with you.
Childcare Policies
We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.
Accessibility Options
We provide educational materials specifically for people with developmental disabilities.
Specially trained staff and medical equipment are available for people with physical disabilities.
Services Offered
You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. during business hours
You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
