Appointment Policies and Information

From Merritt Parkway North or South:

Take Exit 34 and continue along Route 104/Long Ridge Road. Turn right onto Summer Street, then turn left onto Fifth Street. Take another left onto Bedford Street, and turn left onto Sixth Street. The health center is on the left across from LA Fitness and the Ridgeway Shopping Center.

I-95 from the South:

Take I-95 North to Exit 8. Turn left at the light at the end of the Exit onto Atlantic Street. Continue onto Bedford Street, then turn left on Sixth Street. The health center is on the left across from LA Fitness and the Ridgeway Shopping Center.

I-95 from the North:

Take I-95 South to Exit 8. Turn right at the light at the end of the Exit onto Elm Street then take a slight left onto Hoyt Street. Turn right onto Bedford Street then turn left onto Sixth Street. The health center is on the left across from LA Fitness and the Ridgeway Shopping Center.

Getting a physical for school or employment? Please bring all of the required forms with you.

Childcare Policies

We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.

Services Offered

You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. during business hours

You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
