What to Expect

Results must be given in person.

HIV testing is done by a blood draw. The results are available in 3-5 days.

Rapid HIV testing can be done with a blood sample taken from a finger stick. The results are available in 10-40 minutes.

Counseling and confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns.

Insurance information

Some services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to have your insurance information at the time of your visit.

If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at (970) 352-4762.

If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.

There may be additional charges for lab and blood work.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Walk-in Information

If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

Not all services are available every day - please check for more information by clicking on the specific Service listed above or call to make an appointment. Services that require a clinician are not available on Fridays. Although miscarriage is common, it is often a difficult event in the lives of many women. At PPRM, we know how confusing and challenging it can be when you think you might be experiencing a miscarriage. We are here to help you work through this difficult time with empathetic support and appropriate care.
