Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates, which operate nonprofit health centers across the U.S. PPFA also works to educate the public on and advocate for issues of sexual and reproductive and health care for all people. Depending on the terms of your gift, your donation may be: 

  • shared between your local Planned Parenthood affiliate, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and Planned Parenthood health centers most in need; 
  • used by PPFA to directly or indirectly support the independently incorporated Planned Parenthood affiliates and their operations, educate the public on or advocate for issues of sexual and reproductive health care and rights, including abortion; or 
  • directed to the local Planned Parenthood organization as chosen by the donor. 

As required by law, PPFA does not solicit or accept contributions earmarked for any specific ballot measure or constitutional amendment, or from any a Foreign Source of Concern as defined by Florida Statute § 496.404(14). By contributing to PPFA you affirm that you are not a Foreign Source of Concern.

Although our financial report is always sent to anyone requesting a copy, certain states request us to advise you that a copy of our financial report is available from them.
