Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Appointment Preparation

Please note: During your appointment, you will speak with a health professional to discuss your medical information and your options. You will have the opportunity to ask questions. Any changes to your health, billing, or contact information can be updated at that time. If you have questions or need to speak to someone before your appointment, please call us at 541-344-9411.

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI): Diagnosing a UTI can be done with a urine sample, so please drink water before your appointment. Please refrain from taking AZO (over the counter medication) for 24 hours prior to your appointment as it can affect your testing.

If you have ever been diagnosed with a UTI by a medical professional before and been a patient with us in the last 3 years, please call us at 541-344-9411. There is a possibility that we can triage you over the phone without an appointment.
