PPSNE believes everyone deserves access to affordable, expert health care and information. We can help you enroll in health insurance and we offer a sliding fee scale based on your income if you choose to pay out of pocket. No one will be denied care because of an inability to pay — we won't turn anyone away.

Sliding-Fee Scale
For patients paying out of pocket, PPSNE offers a sliding-fee scale based on your income, household size and other factors.

State and Federal Insurance Plans
There are a number of state and federal plans that provide health care benefits to people at all income levels.
The Family Planning Limited Benefit Program is a Connecticut program providing free family planning services, including birth control, STD testing and treatment, PAP tests, HIV testing and more.
Medicaid coverage provides full health-care benefits to low-income families and individuals.
The Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare") offers a wide range of private insurance plans, with discounted premiums for low- and middle-income purchasers.
