Planned Parenthood of Southern New England is pleased to announce we are offering a new and improved online patient portal experience, MyChart, beginning on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.

MyChart provides you with online access to your medical record and you can communicate with your PPSNE provider. All patients, new and existing, are encouraged to sign up for MyChart. Patients seeking telehealth (video-based visits) are required to sign-up for MyChart prior to their Telehealth appointment.

How to sign up:

To make an account, you need a MyChart activation code. If you have an upcoming appointment, after November 1, your care team can provide you with an activation code after your visit. (Email is required).

Enter your activation code as it appears on your email. Your code is not case sensitive.

Don't have an activation code? Have questions about how to use MyChart? Check out our FAQs page.

MyChart FAQs

What can MyChart do for you?

  • Review summaries of your previous appointments, including issues addressed during each visit.

  • Connect with your care team when you need us, or meet with your provider for telehealth appointments.

  • View your medications, including dosage information and instructions, and request refills.

  • Pre-register with 'e-check in' and save time at your visit by submitting any necessary information in advance.

  • View new labs or test results

Please Note: Due to a new Federal Act to increase access to health information, some lab results are released to the portal as soon as they are completed by the lab.

Please allow up to three business days for us to contact you via portal, phone or letter if the result is abnormal and requires follow up. Please be assured that any results that require immediate action will be brought to the clinician’s attention in a timely manner.  If you’d like to speak to someone about a lab result, you can call at 1-800-230-PLAN (7526).
