How does telehealth work?

Here's what you can expect from your telehealth visit:

  1. Call 1-800-203-PLAN (7526) for an appointment or book online
  2. Staff will follow-up to understand your current needs and review your medical history
  3. You'll receive a link to a secure, confidential video conferencing platform. Find a quiet, private place for your visit.
  4. Health center staff will gather basic information and a health care provider will conduct the visit on your computer or smartphone
  5. The provider will outline a treatment plan. If you need medication, we'll send your prescription to a pharmacy near you
What does telehealth cost?

Like an in-person visit, telehealth appointments are covered by most insurance plans. As always, we offer a sliding fee scale based on your income.

No one will be turned away for an inability to pay.
