Keeping track of your birth control should be convenient and easy. If you received care in Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota, whether online or in person at one of our health centers, there are a few ways to request and receive your birth control refills.

We offer refills by mail with free shipping for the pill, patch, or ring. Learn more about other convenient options.

Ways to Get your Birth Control

By Mail

You can get your birth control by mail, shipped directly to your door for free. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and you’ll receive your birth control in the mail within 3-5 business days. Due to current delays, you may receive your birth control after this window of time. You can always pick up your birth control refill at your nearest health center to avoid delays.

Pick-up at Health Center

If you need your prescription sooner, refills may be picked up anytime a health center is open. To reduce your wait time, we encourage you to request your prescription at least one business day ahead of time.

Screening for symptoms and a temperature check are required if you visit a health center.
