We offer a full range of sexual and reproductive health services including:
- Testing and treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea, genital warts, herpes, syphilis, and trichomoniasis.
- HPV vaccine (Gardasil 9) and Hepatitis B vaccine.

Telehealth - Home STI Testing Kits
Symptoms or no symptoms, you can always request a home testing kit through a telehealth visit. Home STI kits test for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis. Collection is typically a urine (pee) sample and is easy to return with packaging and return labels including in the kits.
To request a home testing kit, you will need to have a telehealth visit with one of our providers. You can schedule your appointment online.
In-Network for Most Insurance Plans
Many of our services, like birth control and wellness exams, are available without copay or deductible.
Reduced or No-Cost Options
We also offer reduced or no-cost options to those who qualify.
Financial assistance may be available for STD/STI testing, depending on things like income, household size, and programs available in your area.
How do I know if I have an STI?
STDs/STIs don't always have symptoms. The only way to know your status is to get tested. If you've had vaginal, anal, or oral sex, talk with a medical provider about STD/STI testing.
It's a good idea to get tested if you:
- Had a new sexual partner since your last test.
- Had unprotected sex.
- Think your partner may have an STI.
- Are experiencing symptoms — but remember, STIs do not always cause symptoms.
