Telehealth makes STI testing easy!

The most common STD/STI symptom is no symptom at all, that's why getting tested regularly is important! Planned Parenthood makes sexual health care easy with home testing kits through a telehealth visit.

The home STI kits test for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis. Collection is typically a urine (pee) sample and is easy to return with packaging and return labels including in the kits.

To request a testing kit, you will need to have a telehealth visit with one of our providers. You can schedule your appointment online.

Home STI Test Kits

Home test kits are easy!

1. Follow the collection instructions.
2. Place your sample in the box provided.
3. Apply the return labels.
4. Drop off your completed collection kit at a post office near you or have your mail person pick it up.

How do I know if I have an STI?

How do I know if I have an STI?

STDs/STIs don't always have symptoms. The only way to know your status is to get tested. If you've had vaginal, anal, or oral sex, talk with a medical provider about STD/STI testing.

It's a good idea to get tested if you:

  • Had a new sexual partner since your last test.
  • Had unprotected sex.
  • Think your partner may have an STD.
  • Are experiencing symptoms — but remember, STDs do not always cause symptoms.
