When can I enroll?

Those who qualify for Medicaid, MinnesotaCare, or have a qualifying life event, can enroll at any time. Open enrollment for coverage in 2017 has ended, but enrollment for coverage in 2018 will begin again on November 1, 2017, and continue through December 15, 2017.

What can insurance cover?

What should I bring to my appointment?

You will need:

  • Photo ID
  • Your social security number
