Payment Information

Patients who do not have insurance or will not be using their insurance will be charged a fee for telehealth visits. Any required labs or medications may have additional costs. Patients under the age of 18 who do not have insurance will not be charged for their appointment, however labs and medications may have required costs.

Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.
