what is morning sickness?
Many women experience nausea and vomiting when they’re pregnant. This is known as “morning sickness” — but it can come and go throughout the day or last all day long. Some women find that it’s more severe at mealtimes.
Morning sickness usually happens early in the earlier months of a pregnancy, and symptoms usually go away after about three months of pregnancy.
There are several things pregnant women can do to avoid nausea and vomiting, like eating small, frequent meals and drinking water or juice throughout the day.
