Having unprotected sex — yes, even oral sex — always carries a risk of STDs. That said, female ejaculate (the fluid that comes out of some people’s vaginas when they orgasm) is no more dangerous than other genital fluids when it comes to STDs. There are things you can do to be safer. You can both get tested for STDs, communicate openly and honestly about if you’re having sex with other people, and use a dental dam or condom for safer oral sex.
