At Planned Parenthood, we have a lot to say –– about sexual and reproductive rights, health care, sex education, racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights, and basically all of the issues that affect our lives.

We’re proud that you trust us as a source of information, health care, and advocacy. Whether you’re a patient, a supporter, or someone who has a question you’re not comfortable asking anyone but “Dr. Google,” we’re here for you.

We’re on Twitter; we’re on Instagram; we’re on Facebook and TikTok. But we wanted a place where we could dig a little deeper and explore topics that we know you’re interested in –– because we’re interested, too. We wanted to get back to basics.

So, we started a blog

We know, we know… how very 2006 of us. But the truth is, timely, compassionate information about your body and your rights never goes out of style –– and we want to make sure you can get the answers you need when you need them.

We want this to be a place where we can smash stigma, build bridges, learn from each other, and fight for all of our intersecting freedoms.

Here, you’ll find a variety of perspectives from many different voices — like experts in sex education, doctors and nurses, activists on the ground fighting for our sexual and reproductive rights, partner organizations, and Planned Parenthood patients and staff. This will be a home for first-person essays, expert advice, explainers and hot takes on breaking news and pop culture, and real talk about those questions we all have but might be too embarrassed to ask.

This is new for us, so it’s going to be a learning experience. But we’re so excited to explore new ways of getting you the sexual health information you deserve.

Watch this space — we’re just getting started.
