SOURCE Productions Archive

SOURCE PRODUCTIONS is a nationally recognized and award-winning film and theatre program for teens and young adults, based in Sarasota, Florida. The SOURCE creates innovative and award winning feature film productions, videos, PSA’s, and live theatre. 

SOURCE films have been shown in movie theatres across the US, in Canada and at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner in France.  Dealing with such topics as bullying, teen pregnancy, drug and alcohol addiction, and HIV/AIDS prevention, with students, educators, and administrators consistently evaluating The SOURCE as one of the most effective prevention programs in the nation.

When the Party Ends is a short film about a group of LGBTQ+ friends exploring life, love, and relationships in a world where being in love, can mean risking it all. Set in an upscale nightclub, When the Party Ends begins as Anthony, a young man in his early twenties, returns home from New York after being exposed to HIV. As Anthony desperately looks for a sense of safety from his fears, he seeks out his first love, an old boyfriend from high school.
