Abortion Appointment Information and Instructions

Please read this important information before your appointment:

The cost of this visit will range from $150 to $200. Most people will pay $150, but if additional testing is required it could cost more. If you are struggling to afford the cost please call us.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash and most major credit cards.
Please bring your photo ID and insurance card with you.
At this visit you will have an ultrasound, lab work and counseling. This visit is mandatory if you want to have an abortion in Wisconsin. Your abortion will take place at a separate visit.
Your visit may take up to 2 hours. There will be waiting time involved.
You are welcome to bring one guest with you. Guests must be over the age of 18 and must bring a photo ID. Guests will only be allowed to join you during some parts of your appointment.
Children must remain in the waiting room and must be supervised by a responsible adult. Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the exam room.
If you are late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you.
