The Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition works to provide equitable access to health and health care for transgender, intersex, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming (TING) people.

Diverse & Resilient
Diverse & Resilient works to eliminate health disparities between LGBTQ people and the general population in the areas of mental health, sexual health, partner and community violence, and substance abuse.

Milwaukee LGBT Community Center
The Milwaukee LGBT Community Center is committed to helping members of the LGBTQ community enrich their lives through effective programs that support growth and connections. The Center offers a vast array of programs for the entire LGBTQ community -- geared toward the empowerment of individuals to be active participants in building a shared community.

GSAFE  
GSAFE increases the capacity of LGBTQ+ students, educators, and families to create schools in Wisconsin where all youth thrive.  

PFLAG (Local chapters across Wisconsin) 
PFLAG is the first and largest organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, their parents and families, and allies. 

Transgender Youth Resource Network (TYRN) of Wisconsin
The TYRN of Wisconsin aims to address barriers and challenges faced by transgender and gender non-conforming youth by training medical and mental health providers and educators; supporting transgender youth and families; and working for more accessible care through policy and advocacy.

Based in Madison, WI but with staff across the state and country, this agency works on a wide array of initiatives including engaging youth, public policy and legal systems advocacy, outreach to under-served communities, homicide prevention, and multidisciplinary response team support. 

Trans Law Help Wisconsin 
A legal aid clinic staffed by volunteer attorneys providing assistance to the transgender community by helping individuals obtain corrected identity documents (birth certificates, driver’s licenses, passports, etc.) reflecting their authentic name and gender. 

Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault 
A statewide organization dedicated to support and complement the work of Wisconsin’s community-based sexual assault service provider programs and other organizations working to end sexual violence.

Vivent Health - Formerly AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin (ARCW) 
Helping people affected by HIV to thrive through health and wellness, and HIV prevention programs.

Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce 
An organization of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and LGBT-allied businesses, corporations and professionals throughout the state of Wisconsin, offering networking opportunities, business development efforts within the LGBT community, and educational programming to its members.

ACLU of Wisconsin 
The state affiliate of the national ACLU dedicated to defending the civil liberties and civil rights of all Wisconsin residents.

Forge Wisconsin 
FORGE is a national transgender anti-violence organization, providing extensive support in Wisconsin and Illinois to trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming individuals and loved ones.
