QCK (Quarterly Contraceptive Kits)

Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin's QCK (Quarterly Contraceptive Kit) program delivers your choice of birth control methods right to your door -- often at low- or no-cost to you!  

Whether you have private insurance, are self-pay, or you have Medicaid, BadgerCare, or FPOS -- you are eligible to enroll in our QCK program. 

*Patients who want to use private insurance for QCK will need to pick up their prescription at a pharmacy.

Getting Enrolled in QCK
is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

1. Schedule a convenient Virtual Visit. (In-person appointments are also available.)

2. At your appointment, you'll meet with a Planned Parenthood provider who is an expert in birth control, and sexual and reproductive health. They can answer all of your questions, and work with you to find the best birth control method to fit your lifestyle.

If you choose the Pill, Patch, Ring, or SubQ Depo Self-injection, they will get you enrolled in QCK. They will even see if you are eligible to receive your QCK mailings at no-cost!  If not, you can use your private insurance or set up self-pay for your supplies. Patients who want to use private insurance for QCK will need to pick up their prescription at a pharmacy.

3. Once enrolled, you receive a QCK mailing on a quarterly basis for the entire year. We'll even remind you when it's time to renew your QCK enrollment.

What's included in each QCK Birth Control mailing?

Every three months, you will receive a mailing* with:

  • A three-month supply of your chosen Birth Control method (Ring, Pill, Patch, or SubQ Depo Self-injection).
  • A supply of condoms to help with STI protection.
  • Emergency Contraception -- just in case!

Once you're enrolled QCK, you'll also have access to low or no-cost health care services including annual pap exams, HPV Vaccine, STI testing and treatment, HIV testing, pregnancy testing, and much more.

*Patients who want to use private insurance for QCK will need to pick up their prescription at a pharmacy.

How do I know if I'm eligible for QCK at no cost?

If you answer yes to the following questions, you're eligible to get QCK at no cost to you:

  • Are you (assigned at birth) female?
  • Are you a U.S. citizen or qualified immigrant?
  • Are you a Wisconsin resident?
  • Are you seeking contraceptives (pills, patch, depo self--injection, or ring)?
  • Do you have a monthly income of $3,284.00 or less?

…or...

  • Are you already enrolled in Family Planning Only Services (FPOS), Medicaid, or BadgerCare?
