Health Promoters

They are people like you, from your neighborhood, who have been trained to help Latino families.

Promoters know community organizations that can help to see to it that your family has the resources necessary to live a healthy life.


  • Is currently living in: La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Kenosha, Waukesha, Racine, Green Bay, Lake Geneva, Delava, Platteville, Marshfield, Monroe, Burlington, or Trempealeau County. 
  • Has either a ITIN# or SSN Is at least 18 years old
  • Speaks Spanish or is bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Has ability to work 10 hours a week minimum
  • Has access to a smartphone
