Our education department delivered training and education to more than 17,000 participants in 2022.
Education programs
We provide school and community-based health education sessions for individuals of all ages. Our interactive workshops provide comprehensive, age-appropriate, medically accurate sex education and are customized to meet the needs of each audience. Our school-based programs meet requirements for the New Jersey Department of Education’s Core Curriculum Standards.
We can deliver single or multi-session programs on such topics as*:

Teen Conference
PPNCSNJ presents an annual conference for high school students. Attended by students from across New Jersey, the dynamic and interactive conference provides attendees with the opportunity to interact with their peers in an engaging environment. The conference includes workshops and keynote presentations on a variety of sexual health and related topics for teens. Workshop topics vary each year and range include topics like health, gender identity, healthy relationships, substance abuse prevention, healthy choices, bullying, communication, and financial management. Professional development
We also offer professional development trainings designed for educators, counselors, social workers, nurses, and other health care professionals. We provide the latest information on sexual health topics to enhance the skills and knowledge of workshop participants.

My Black Health Is Beautiful
This new curriculum aspires to raise awareness about maternal health disparities in Black communities and the need to value Black mothers and people who can become pregnant 365 days a year.
