The Margolis Family Library is available to you at no charge at the Kalamazoo Health Center only.

Parents are the primary source of information on sexuality for their children. At Planned Parenthood, we recognize that talking to your kids about sex and sexuality may be difficult.

How do you bring up the topic of sexuality? What subjects are age-appropriate? Maybe you've even forgotten some things! After all, it's been a long time since you asked the question, "Mom, what's my belly-button for?"

To help you feel more comfortable, we created the Frederick J. Margolis Family Library at the Kalamazoo Health Center. The Margolis Family Library is a selection of books, video tapes, and brochures designed to help you talk about some very important topics. In addition to sexuality you will find information on divorce, adoption, peer pressure, and a lot more. Brochures with a list of resources are available.

If you have questions regarding the Margolis Family Library or sex education topics highlighted in the literature, please call Planned Parenthood of Michigan at 269-372-1205 (toll free in the 269, 616, 231 area: 1-800-559-9093) and ask for the Education Department.
