PPIL Cloth Mask Collection Drive

To keep our staff and patients as safe as possible, we are providing patients with cloth masks if they arrive at a Planned Parenthood of Illinois health center without one of their own. Help us prevent the spread of COVID-19 by making and donating cloth masks for patients.

The CDC currently recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 by asymptomatic people, who may not know they are contagious.

Donated masks must be made from new fabric, laundered, and created using a recommended sewing pattern, like this one.

We're collecting masks statewide and we’d love your help—whether you live in or near Chicago or downstate. To donate masks, please email [email protected]. Masks can also be dropped off at any Mission Site during operating hours.
