Real Education & Advocacy Changes Health
Four peer educators leading a condom demonstration for fellow teens pre- COVID-19.
teenREACH is a diverse group of high school teens who are committed to the health issues of their peers. Participants in the teenREACH program act as health ambassadors by providing health education and resources to their family, friends and communities.
Mission
The mission of teenREACH is to create a safe space for young people of diverse backgrounds to come together around common issues and values, and then disseminate positive messages back to their own communities.
Our teens develop leadership and interpersonal skills to positively impact their health and the health of others. teenREACH provides teens with the necessary knowledge, leadership, and advocacy skills to take charge of their health and facilitate the changes they wish to see in their lives and in their communities.
