At Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio, licensed and experienced physicians provide the Abortion Pill (Mifeprex) and surgical abortion services in our modern, licensed, and accredited facilities. Included in our abortion fees is an individualized assessment of each client’s medical history, ultrasound, lab work, medication to make you comfortable during your abortion, birth control education and supplies, and any follow-up care you may need. Most important, our dedicated medical team provides education and support to every woman throughout the process.


Prices for abortions are based on the local market, may differ by region, and are subject to change.  Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you use your insurance, please be sure to bring your insurance information at the time of your visit.

If you are a minor considering abortion, Ohio law requires that one of your parents give permission for your abortion. A judge can excuse you from this requirement.


All abortion services require an appointment in advance. Care is provided in a safe, supportive environment and is personalized to address each individual’s physical and emotional needs. Appointments require two to four visits.
