If you do not have health insurance or you do not wish to use your health insurance, you are entitled to know what PPCCC will charge you for the care you seek. PPCCC will send you (by email or mail) a good faith estimate of charges after you schedule your appointment.

What if I am not ready to book an appointment yet?

If you are not ready to schedule an appointment, we will provide a good faith estimate of charges if you call to request one. The estimate will include the care you ask to receive along with care related to those services.

What if I need additional care during my visit?

If you want additional care during the appointment, the total costs will likely be more than the estimate we send you.

What if it is a last-minute appointment?

If your scheduled appointment is less than 3 days away, PPCCC will provide a verbal estimate of charges, but you will not receive a written estimate prior to the appointment.

Note: PPCCC discounts still apply based on need and age.
