Equal Rights Amendment

Abortion will be on the ballot in 2024.

The New York State Constitution currently does not protect all of us. The Equal Rights Amendment will protect New Yorkers from discrimination based on one's:

pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes
sexual orientation
gender identity
race
ethnicity
national origin
age
disability
