Equal Rights Amendment

Abortion will be on the ballot in 2024.

The New York State Constitution currently does not protect all of us. Prop 1 (The ERA) will protect New Yorkers from discrimination based on one's: 

  • pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes
  • sexual orientation
  • gender identity
  • race
  • ethnicity
  • national origin
  • age
  • disability
