COVID-19 Updates

At Planned Parenthood of Tennessee and North Mississippi, our priority is you! All of our health centers are taking necessary precautions to protect our patients’ and staff members’ safety in light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We are monitoring recommendations daily and will continue to provide care with as few disruptions as possible.

  • If you are experiencing a fever OR cough OR shortness of breath OR sore throat, please do not come to one of our health centers for your appointment or walk-in.
  • Only patients are allowed in our health centers. If you are a minor (<18 years old), your legal guardian may join you.
  • We do not offer Coronavirus testing in any of our health centers at this time. For more information, call the Tennessee COVID-19 Public Information Number 1-877-857-2945, available from 10:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. CST daily.
  • We may have to limit services on some days and in some locations due to staff shortages. Please contact our call center at 1-866-711-1717 for the most up-to-date information.
