Planned Parenthood South Texas sincerely hopes you, your friends, and your family are healthy during these uncertain times. We’re here with you. We’re going to be here in every way we can to provide the health care and information you need. We're closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19

The health and safety of our patients, staff and communities is our top priority. Our doors are open, and we continue to see patients at our health centers during regular hours, with appropriate screening precautions in place.

Please note, we do NOT provide COVID-19 tests at any of our health centers.

During this time, we are asking anyone who feels sick or is having flu-like symptoms, including:

  • FEVER of 99.5°F or higher

Or, if you’ve been around anyone with these symptoms, to please CALL US.

We are taking every precaution to take care of our patients and staff. Your health, and the health of our staff, is important to us. As such, we will continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Please be aware that we will continue to require the use of masks in our health centers, conduct symptom checks, and follow social distancing best practices. Thank you for trusting Planned Parenthood with your health care.

We’re here. We care. No matter what.

If you have any questions about COVID-19, please call the San Antonio Metro Health helpline: (210) 207-5779 or the Cameron County Public Health helpline: (956) 247-3650.
