Hear from community leaders about important issues we are facing today including the EMTALA (Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act) case at the Supreme Court and the San Antonio Reproductive Justice Fund. Feminist Book Club, Brownsville - Saturday, April 20 | 12-4PM

Join us in Brownsville for our upcoming bilingual Feminist Book Club in partnership with the Latina Institute Texas. We will read and discuss several books on reproductive justice and feminism. We will also be discussing the EMTALA Case happening in Idaho, another example of anti-abortion groups and politicians trying to stigmatize abortion care by creating legal protection for hospitals to refuse to treat pregnant people experiencing a medical emergency.
